"Pretty handy for scheduling posts"
I’ve been using metricool mostly to schedule posts ahead of time, usually while I’m planning stuff out with a coffee in the morning, and it’s been reliable overall. Most of my posts go out when they’re supposed to without me having to keep checking, which is the main thing I needed. I’ve noticed one or two small delays here and there, but nothing that caused a real problem. It just saves me a bit of hassle and helps me stay organized, so I’m happy with it so far.

I mainly use Metricool for X/Twitter, and it’s been helpful for me. Scheduling posts is easy enough, and I like that I can check the stats in one place instead of opening a bunch of tabs, even though sometimes I still end up clicking around anyway. The calendar view is probably my favorite part because it helps me see what’s coming up and feel a bit more organized. It’s not perfect every time, and I don’t always use every feature, but somehow it still saves me a good chunk of time each week.

"Saves Me From Playing Social Media Babysitter"
I mostly use Metricool to schedule my posts, it’s been a big help. I can sit down, plan out a week or more at once, and then not have to remember to post every single day like some kind of unpaid social media robot. The auto-publishing has worked fine for me, and the calendar makes it easy to drag things around when plans change because, shocking, they always do. It’s not absolutely perfect, because apparently nothing is, but it definitely saves me a ton of time.

I had trouble connecting one of my social accounts, so I reached out to Metricool support. They were really friendly and it felt like they actually read my message instead of sending some copy-paste reply. The steps they gave me worked fine 👍 The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is that it took a little while to get the first response. It wasn’t awful, but I was kind of stuck waiting. Once they got back to me though, the help was clear and useful.

I’ve been using Metricool mostly for my Instagram posts and to keep an eye on stats, and it’s been helpful. Planning content feels way less messy now, and I don’t have to keep jumping between a bunch of different apps. I tried the free plan and it’s decent for basic stuff, but it runs out quickly. At first I thought it would be enough to get a real feel for the service, but hitting the limit so soon made me a little less confident about what I’d actually be paying for.

I use Metricool on my phone most of the time, and it’s been chill. Scheduling posts is easy, the calendar pops up fast, and I can check my stats without dragging out my laptop. Had one tiny glitch, but it sorted itself out after an update. Clutch app overall

"Good value without overthinking it"
Metricool has been worth it for me. I kind of did the quick mental math after comparing it with a few other tools, and it just made sense. The price feels fair, and it covers most of what I need without making me pay extra for every tiny feature. It’s not perfect, but my shortcut is usually: if it saves me time, doesn’t annoy me, and the cost feels reasonable, I’ll stick with it. So far, Metricool checks those boxes.

Metricool is easy to get around in overall. The dashboard looks clean, and I can usually find what I need without clicking all over the place, though I do feel like a couple of settings could’ve been made a little more obvious. I like how the charts and posts are laid out too, it doesn’t feel messy or overwhelming. It took me about a day to get comfortable with it. Nice tool if you want something simple that doesn’t feel too heavy.

"Support was quicker than I remembered expecting"
I remember thinking I’d probably be waiting a while when I contacted Metricool support, but they actually got back to me sooner than I expected. It wasn’t instant or anything, but from what I recall, the response time felt reasonable. The answer was clear enough too, so overall it was a decent support experience.

It does what it’s supposed to do, so I can’t really complain too much. But after using it for a bit, I kept feeling like there should be more options or features?? It’s fine for basic stuff, just feels a little limited overall.

"A bit confusing in places"
I used this sometime last month, or maybe it was a few weeks before that, and overall it was okay, but I do think it could be clearer. A few parts left me guessing more than I expected, so I had to go back and reread things a couple times. Not a terrible experience, just could use a bit more explanation.

"Easy to use once you poke around a bit"
metricool has been easy for me to get the hang of. I kind of assumed the main features would be where they usually are in tools like this, and for the most part, they were. Scheduling posts and checking stats didn’t take much time to figure out. The reports section threw me off a little at first, but after clicking around, it made sense. The layout feels clean and not too cluttered, which I appreciate. I’d give it 4 stars because it works well and definitely saves me time, but I do think a few labels could be clearer for people using it for the first time.
